HIES 65 Norcross 54

The girls’ team got it done against great competition Friday, topping mighty Norcross 65-54.  The girls trailed at the end of three quarters 40-47, but outscored the Blue Devils 25-7 in the 4th. The Lady Bears improve to (6-4) on the season.  
 
Marya Hudgins led with 16 points, Jillian Hollingshead added 15, Charlsie Birkel scored 12, Cierra Foster nine and Rachel Suttle had eight. 
 
Moving on, Coach Nichole Dixon’s squad will be in Naples, FL Thursday, Dec. 27ththrough Saturday the 29thfor a holiday tournament before resuming regular season in January.
