On Saturday, September 30, 2023, Hailee Swain, the Class of 2025 Stanford commit, spoke at the Chris Paul (CP3) National Middle School Combine at the LakePoint Champions Center Complex in Emerson, Georgia. The camp was attended by over 500 boys and girls middle school players as well as parents, guardians, coaches and administrators. 

 

Hailee talked to the crowd about her journey as a student-athlete and what her daily routine was like as a student at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School. She made the crowd aware of the importance of being a multi-sport athlete and the sacrifices made to get to where she is as a player. Also, Hailee discussed the importance of family and how they continue to motivate her as she pursues her goals in life. 

 

Afterwards, the USA U-16 Women’s National Team Gold Medalist answered questions and took pictures with players and their families. The buzz around the gym was hearing the excitement of a local player continuing to be an EXCELLENT EXAMPLE for the next generation of players on and off the court in the Metro Atlanta area and beyond.
